Nice of you to include “human” in that question, because I think in a previous life I was probably man’s best friend.
earliest memory: I was probably three or four. We lived in a trailer house on my grandparent’s farm (which we eventually owned & moved into their main house). My bedroom door used roller wheels to slide open & close. I would panic when the wheels would get bumped off the track and I couldn’t get out. I’d even have nightmares about it.
